Breathwork Classes
Breathwork is a powerful, evidence-based practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to support both mental and physical wellbeing.
While breathing is something we do automatically, learning how to intentionally guide the breath can have profound effects on the body and mind.
Research shows that controlled breathing directly influences the nervous system, helping shift the body out of chronic stress and into a state of balance, clarity, and calm.
From a scientific perspective, breathwork works by regulating the autonomic nervous system.
Slow, intentional breathing stimulates the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic “rest and digest” response. This lowers cortisol (the stress hormone), reduces heart rate and blood pressure, and signals safety to the brain.
As a result, breathwork has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve mood, enhance emotional regulation, and support deeper, more restorative sleep.
Regular practice can also strengthen immune function by reducing inflammation and improving oxygen delivery throughout the body.

Breathwork classes offer an especially supportive way to experience these benefits.
Practicing in a guided setting allows you to safely explore different breathing techniques while being held in a calm, intentional environment. Group breathwork can deepen relaxation, create a sense of connection, and help you stay consistent with your practice. Over time, students often report feeling more resilient to stress, more emotionally balanced, and better equipped to navigate daily life with ease.
We are excited to offer these breathwork classes in person at our studio, creating a grounded and immersive experience.
Class sizes are intentionally limited to 15 people to ensure personalized guidance, safety, and a supportive group atmosphere.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions are designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
